These influencer-approved sandals are as chic as it gets

Stop everything you’re doing, because I’ve found the most chic sandal of the summer, and it’s entirely editor and fashion influencer-approved.

Introducing the new collaboration between &finally, aka ex fashion editors Florrie Thomas and Anna Vitiello, and luxury footwear brand Maxine. The beauty of the designs is that they are timeless, yet tap into this season’s biggest trends perfectly. Neutral colour palette? Check. 90s square toe? Check? Gold anklet and natural fabrics? Check and check.

Speaking about the collab, Anna and Florrie said, ‘Attention to detail is our greatest vice, so the anklets, toe shapes and heels have all been agonised over to create something that feels very of the moment, but that we can see ourselves wearing for years to come’.

Launched yesterday, the capsule collection offers three styles, each available in two colours from burnt orange to linen and navy, with textures in linen and satin. Each shoe is named after one of the designers’ favourite holiday spots.

There is the Deia Pump, named after Florrie’s favourite spot in Spain, a pointed pump with a set of gold chain anklets, which also comes with a matching fabric strap that can be swapped out.

The Torre Mule – my personal favourite – named after Anna’s favourite spot in Greece, is a mule featuring a square front sole and décolleté, giving the shoe a 90s feel.

Finally, the Sabi Sandal, named after Maxine’s favourite spot in South Africa, is a flat sandal, also featuring a square front sole with a set of gold chain anklets, which is ideal for summer.

Designer Maxine said, ‘The collection truly represents &finally’s cool and modern aesthetic combined with my love for details and feminine shapes, such as heels and anklets. The styles are meant to be worn throughout the day into the night, and are versatile in colour and style’.
